A Somatic Therapist & Facilitator specialising in Somatic Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, sound healing, and shamanic practices.
She offers a nurturing presence to support your journey of healing and transformation, embodying the essence of her work through deep body wisdom and intuitive energy healing.

Adrian King embodies over three decades of experience in creative business, breathwork, shamanic practices, and meditation.

Day 1
Ground & Set Intentions
Arrive in the morning, settle in and explore the retreat centre.
The day begins with a ceremonial smudging, welcoming you into the retreat, followed by a shared meal with other participants.
In the afternoon, you'll set your intentions, connect with fellow participants, and ground yourself through somatic movement, breathwork, and sound healing.
Day 2
Release & Restore
We begin the day with somatic yoga and move into deep nervous system healing.
Through breathwork, sound healing, and self-expression, you’ll explore and release stored tension and past emotional burdens.
In the evening, a powerful new moon cacao ceremony will open your heart and restore your connection to inner peace.
Day 3
Align & Rekindle
In silence, you’ll start the day with a mindful walk in nature.
The final day is dedicated to aligning with your newly refreshed self through somatic movement, yoga, and sound.
As the retreat draws to a close, we’ll share our breakthroughs and gratitude in a supportive closing ceremony. End the weekend feeling more centred, more connected, and more alive.
