How does it work?
Somatic therapy works by restoring and reconnecting the nervous system to its most natural aligned healthy state. Each session is uniquely tailored to your current needs and may include elements to heal and upgrade your DNA.

Appointments can be in person or remote via video conferencing (anywhere in the world). In person sessions are held at The Somatic Therapy Space in Crows Nest, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Remote sessions are equally as powerful as in person sessions. Please specify which you prefer when you schedule your session.

Drawing on many different modalities I intuitively know due to my professional training to see, sense and feel where your body is holding energy. Somatic therapy is encased within my experince of Zen Thai Shiatsu masssge, Energy Healing, Breathwork and Mindfulness.
Welcome a safe place to repair - shift and change and experience what you are seeking…..My favourite part of working in this field is to witness the transformative healing that takes place following a 60 minute session. Be met in a non judgmental place to be seen, heard and supported.
My journey started in healing in 2003. I explored Reiki, Yoga and Pilates and took the next initial step into teaching, with mat pilates. Following on from this in 2013, I trained as a Reiki Master, Yoga teacher and Star Magic Healing Facilitator where I developed my own intuitive healing method which included somatic body-work. The practice of channeling light -language and sound healing was a game changer.
Somatic Therapy started in the early 70’s, but has now emerged as a trend setting treatment. As an earlier adopter I have understood the benefits of this treatment for years, but it is very pleasing to see it is on the forefront of people’s minds. And this is exciting to see the renewed interest.
Not only have I been a Registered Nurse for 26 years I have been in the wellness sphere for 20 years. I specialised in female health, Orthopedic Trauma and acute pain management.
I trained as a certified Health Coach & Integrative Nutritionist with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) I am registered with Yoga Alliance as a recognised Registered Yoga School (RYS). I have over 500 hours of teacher training with three teacher training programs.
Other qualifications include:
Ageless Mobility and Circular Strength Training Coach, Stretch-therapy, Flexology Therapy and Advanced Deep Meditation.
I'm a proud mum of two amazing teenage boys.
