Your Deep Meditation (Foundation 1) training happens 1 on 1 via 3x 1 hour zoom calls (or in person if you are near one of our coaches). You will then practice every day until you are proficient in this level. Your coach will provide ongoing support and advice when you are ready for Level 2.
