Deep Meditation (Foundation 2) training expands on your foundation practice and takes you deeper.

Your Level 2 training happens 1 on 1 via 3x 1 hour zoom calls (or in person if you are near one of our coaches). You will then practice every day until you have mastered Level 2. Your coach will provide ongoing support and advise when you are ready for Level 3.
