Gazing into the unknown

The Soup of Duality & The Game of You

October 14, 20255 min read

Imagine this…

Your judgments and bias shape your entire reality — and thus, your human experience.

Let’s be honest and raw: we all have an upbeat jerk-off of an opinion. The righteousness and entitlement run deep. Then, there’s that inner asshole of rightness — gripping the bone of its stance, refusing to let go. And just like that, the tug-of-war of duality is set.

Keep society in fight-mode — left vs. right, right vs. wrong, love vs. hate — and voilà: you’ve got the Soup of Duality. Many forget they’re actually stirring the same pot.

⚔️ Divide, Distract & Conquer

Create conflict in society, and you weaken connection. That’s the perfect playing field for outside forces to “solve” the problem and quietly remove free will from the equation.

Why is this so easy to orchestrate? Because most haven’t developed WILL. Will is strengthened in the mind — often through simple, disciplined commitment to a habit. Many have grown lazy. Quick to question others, but terrified to question their own beliefs, judgments, and biases.

Now, many of you may be, yeah but many gave up their free will. Hmm, and yet, is this really true? Or is this part of the narrative that you are being played by.

What if, nothing is true and all is permitted, meaning infinite possibilities of perception? What if all you are seeing is your own projected stream of cloudy consciousness (the stories, stored bias, compartmentalised judgments and even, the dirty contents of your kitchen sink!?). You get the picture.

🌿 The Beauty of “I Don’t Know”

It takes courage to meet yourself in that vulnerable space of not knowing. Yet, in this openness lies a softness, a doorway to receptivity — essential for true intimacy and meaningful connection.

This requires being met by another who can be steady in the friction of difference of opinion, to stand in his/her own essence, to challenge the narrative and invite deeper curiosity. And, without projection, or the I am right, and you are wrong.

How can we truly see the wholeness in another when our lens is smeared with judgment? How can we fully experience life when we build walls around our hearts? And, life-force energy doesn't lie, so listen to the energy of resonance that is communicating beyond the words. Following the feeling and allow the bias to dissolve, as the bias is another distraction from aligning with your truest Self. To recognise divinity within and within the other, the rest is bullshit, yes, it's all bullshit to keep you small & closed off.

🌸 Radical Acceptance

Acceptance is not passive. It’s powerful alchemy. It’s sitting with the discomfort, observing the trigger, catching the hungry gremlin mid-rant… and transmuting the experience.

Acceptance dissolves the labels, stories, and bias. It’s a vital step on the journey of knowing thyself.

In my “Future Human Experience” 90-day portal, this was one of the cornerstone practices: learning to master the game of you — to be in the world without being consumed by it. Immersing yourself in experiences that rattle your opinions becomes the medicine. To go into spaces that trigger you, as a curious observer, as this is the game of life. There is so much to explore, so are you living from a limited closed-minded perspective, or are you leaning into a free-mind & limitless experience?

🌀 Becoming Unshakable

When you lean in like this, you become unshakable. Calm. Curious. A little dangerous — because you’re no longer easily controlled by the puppet masters (one possibility) or clever magicians (another), who knows how many possibilities there are: An infinite possibly.

And, yet, you are the perfect game of you!!

If you don’t like what’s showing up in your life, peel back the layers with curiosity. What you most judge in others is often the very part of you hiding in the shadows. Lean in and listen beautiful soul.

👁️ Mirrors Everywhere

Everything and everyone is a mirror — past, present, perhaps even future selves. Whether you lean right or left, you’re still playing within the same game. Both sides are laced with bias, judgment, and a ravenous gremlin waiting to feed.

The game isn’t about killing the gremlin (ego). It’s about observing it. Becoming friends with it. Catching it in its snarly, self-important moments. It can be your greatest ally — or your most cunning saboteur.

Some hide behind it to avoid responsibility. Others use it as armour. Either way, awareness is the key. And, temperance by learning how to walk alongside, as you are all of it. Yes, we are all walking one another home, no one gets left behind!

🕹️ Are You the Game Master or the Pawn?

Are you ready to stop looping in the matrix and start playing consciously?
To become the game master, the weaver, the artist of your own tapestry?

It requires zero push, zero urgency — only devotion to your divine alignment.

The U-in-Verse will always meet you where you are, offering precisely what you need for your highest evolution.

The other day, I noticed some of my own rusty edges — places where bias and judgment had quietly closed off my field. And then, with just three simple words, the walls dissolved. A blessing rose from that honest, vulnerable moment. It was truly beautiful, to be challenged, seen without judgement, a blossoming of trust and innocence. To remember what is real!

✨ If you’d like to know what those three words were, let's have a 1-on-1 conversation and dive deeper into the game your Soul is playing. Click here!

It's a process of adjustment, alignment, refinement & resourcefulness.

Inspired to share ways to self-orientate, self-adjust and self-direct your most amazing life.

Love, a sprinkle of sass, and a beautiful life of grace,
